The Turkish breakfast
This is the one people come across town for. The table fills up before anyone has ordered a hot dish: labneh, hummus, honey kaymak, cherry and strawberry jam, cheeses, olives, fruit and bread straight out of the kitchen — with tea topped up throughout.
