Who we are

This website is operated for OCCO Restaurant Dubai, with venues at Hyde Dubai, Marasi Drive, Business Bay and Hessa Street, Al Barsha 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — when you send a private-event enquiry we receive the details you enter: name, contact details, preferred date, guest count and your message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry.
• Guest-list requests — we receive your email address and consent when you ask to join. The OCCO team reviews these requests; submitting the form does not automatically enroll you in a mailing list. You can withdraw your request or ask us to stop contacting you through the contact page.
• Optional measurement — if you accept optional cookies, configured Google Analytics and advertising tools may process page visits, interactions, browser/device information and campaign information. These tools can use online identifiers. We do not send entered enquiry or guest-list form details through our tracking events.

Online form delivery

Our online enquiry and guest-list forms use FormSubmit to process the details you submit and deliver them to the OCCO management inbox.

Reservations

Table reservations are processed by our reservation partners (SevenRooms for Business Bay and Google Reserve for Hessa). Details you enter there are handled under those partners' own privacy policies.
